Panasonic LCD had fail to start and its try 3 times to on Blaster card[inverter card] i have found nothing short circuit in this board ,its looks over draw current from tubes and i does not track the lines..
any expert view will be help full. |

translation not made until copy the text from book,but the main problem for me these all books pages in image or photo format,so its not possible to copy text |
