Попала в ремонт варочная панель, после подачи питания через 5 сек выдаёт ошибку ER13. на включение реагирует (загорается светодиод питание на 0,5 сек и сразу тухнет) ошибка продолжает моргать.
Диагностику проходит с такими результатами:
Шаг 1 Отображение версии программного обеспечения 124
Шаг 2 Отображение числа ошибочных подключений электроники до 400V 255
Шаг 3 Отображение максимальной температуры достигнутой электроникой (2 1 5 соответствует 100 ° С, например) 255
Шаг 4 Отображение часов эксплуатации 5280
Шаг 5 Отображение номер детали блока управления 255
Подскажите способ лечения.

Проблема заключалось в том что был неправильно установлен EEprom (вверх ногами), после его переворота электроника заработала но блины не грели, т.к. плита работала в демо режиме, после выхода из демо режима всё работает.
моя прошивка EEprom
Проблема решена, тему можно закрывать. |

Блин уже и не помню сколько времени прошло, при включении нагрева если реле срабатывают, значит просто надо поставить перемычки, а если нет то не помню, есть инструкция по ремонту на немецком, может там находил.

Always check that the exhibition mode is working properly.
Activation using software
On one part of the TwistControl with capacitive touch buttons
, the option has been added to activate exhibition mode using the software and buttons.
In practice, however, the drawback of this method is that it is often forgotten to deactivate the exhibition mode before delive
ring an exhibition appliance.
This results in unnecessary after-sales service call-outs.
It must therefore only be possible to activate exhibition m
odes using a corresponding mains connection for the appliance.
If, however, a "software exhibition mode" is
activated by pressing buttons or an elec
tronics malfunction – with some electronic
s, you can see this by a flashing LED - you can
deactivate this exhibition mode as described below.
1. Disconnect the appliance from
the mains for at least 1 minute.
2. Switch the mains voltage back on.
3. Within the next 2 minutes, press and hold the ma
in electronics switch for at least 30 seconds.
During deactivation, different visual and audible signal
s may be seen/heard. Do not be alarmed by these. |
