New function:

    * The applicable range of a WAVE file format became widely. 
      It corresponds to the WAVE file of the following conditions. 
      - Format : PCM
      - Sampling frequency : 4kHz to 48kHz
      - Number of Quantization Bit : 8bit or 16bit 
      - Number of Channel	: 1(monophonic) or 2(stereo)

      In the last version, "Sampling frequency conversion" and
      "Monophonic conversion" of the original WAVE file were needed.
      However, they became unnecessary in this version.

    * Corresponds to the data of AIFF format. 
      In addition to the WAVE format, it corresponds also to the AIFF format. 

    * The file save enable/disable flag can be set.
      In addition to the enable/disable flag of file transmission <1>,
      the enable/disable flag of file save <2> can be set.

      <1> In the case of gTransmission enableh, the file can be
          transmitted from mobile phone by e-mail etc..
      <2> In the case of gSave disableh, the file only for preview
          in mobile phone can be created.
          (These are dependent on the delivery method and the mobile
           phone specification.)

    * SMAF in restriction of playback time (About 66 sec) can be created. 
      The SMAF file by about 66 seconds can be created.
      In the case of the WAVE file which length beyond it, the SMAF file
      from a head to about 66 seconds is created. 

    * Windows 98SE was excepted from the candidate for support.
