ashraf, I'm not sure that is defective block which you have shown in the figure. Find out what makes this effect. Block video, or horizontal scan. |

The defect was to replace FBT, or after? What voltage gives the power supply?
By defect recalls dead electrolyte in the power supply C8011, C8012-1500mkf\250v, or C6512-33mkf\160v. |
