One can help to make recordings USBDM memory dump to read a Bosch MC9S12C96CPBE processor. Address for hcs08 processor is 1080-17FF and 182C-FFFF. HCS12 family while registrations do not know.

ALBABEN, Адреса,не те (даташит в помощь),и вообще попробуйте работать с кодевариатором,там есть этот проц.
