I upgraded to win11 a week ago and the border line never appeared.. i installed TranslucentTB, when i used TranslucentTB it didn’t appear either, until i turn off TranslucentTB it showed up.
I tried turning off and reinstalling TTB, it doesn’t work.
So basically the border line appeared after installing and turning off / uninstalling TranslucentTB.
