Помогло это: 25PT5107/58 - 220 246 225 184 244 054 065, только OP6 лучше 052, иначе телетекст начинается со страницы 800!
Экспериментально я установил функции следующих битов опций:
OP1:
Бит 7 (Добавляемое значение 64) - Разрешает радиоприемник;
Бит 2 (2) - Сбрасывает настройки и запускает Install при включении.
OP2:
Бит 6 (32) - Включает опцию меню "Установить: Имя";
Бит 4 (8) - Включает опцию меню "Характеристики: Поворот";
Бит 2 (2) - Включает опцию меню "Изображение: Цветотеплота".
OP3:
Бит 8 (128) - Включает режим "Сжать 16:9";
Бит 6 (32) - Включает режим "Расшир. 4:3";
Бит 3 (4) - Сбрасывает настройки геометрии, изображение подушкообразное. Куча доп. режимов "16:9, 14:9, увеличен., субтитры, широкоэкранное" и т.п. Стрелками на пульте можно сжимать и растягивать изображение. После выключения все сбрасывается !!!
OP4:
Бит 8 (128) - Включает режим "Incr.Surround/Объемный звук";
Бит 4 (8) - Включает звук! (Нулевое значение - выключает).
OP6:
Бит 2 (2) - Стартовая страница TXT устанавливается в 800 (которой никогда не бывает) вместо 100.

OP11: VIRGIN_MODE 0 : Virgin mode is disabled or not applicable,
