Panasonic LCD had fail to start and its try 3 times to on Blaster card[inverter card] i have found nothing short circuit in this board ,its looks over draw current from tubes and i does not track the lines..
any expert view will be help full.
Ok i read some part of it very well and you know one thing my friend i have some friends in local repair and also they ask me about their problems ..thats how some information are limited..i care next time,

translation not made until copy the text from book,but the main problem for me these all books pages in image or photo format,so its not possible to copy text
