When I feed the computer without the HD it even runs and ups image. Simply put the 1TB seagate hd to the computer to be inoperative (no image) besides the logic board present heating https://speedtest.vet/https://vidmate.bid/.
The client only needs to recover the data and files contained in hd but I am not getting access to HD. It may be that the reading needle is locked (latched) on the surface of the hard disk or who knows if the problem is not on the logic board itself.
I would be very grateful to receive any help and / or guidance.
