Hi,
Since I don't know any Russians and I used an automated translation app to read those posts I am not sure If I understand well.
I have almost the same symptoms in my Bosch refrigerator, and as I understand the problem was the regulator 9C05L that it should output -5V. A reply after 2 years of the original post, recommend to replace this part with 79L05CPK.

So my question. It was indeed the voltage regulator 9C05L the actual problem ? How much voltage should 9C05L output ?

9C05L = 7905.
Instead of -5V was -1.9V - the processor is to blame. |

So to understand the problem was the 9C05L regulator or the processor itself ?
