help identify a burned smd fet on hp2105 monitor

Hi
Brought for repair a dead Hp2105 monitor.
Found damaged : fuse F601 +cap C605 + Q651 +R670 +Q655

Need monitor schematic or diagram of the Power supply card 4H.L1S02.A20 to help identify the burned Q655 fet.

Look not for the name of the monitor and written on the Board of the power supply

The Monitor is precisely Hp F2105.

On the faulty Power supply card is written as said previously "4H.L1S02.A20".

Any help to identify the burned component should be appreciated.
