Monitor did not care before. Another technician placed a R223 resistor value 0.1 ohms and diode ZD260 S24 (?). I did some research and found that the correct diode is P6KE10A.

C251, C252 , C253 , C319 have been replaced.
put the 10k resistor value and the diode P6KE10A, to turn the monitor lit the led on the power for only a moment to clear soon then repair the diode heats P6KE10A much.
