Monitor totally inoperative, has voltages of 5V, 3.3v, 12V but does not present the voltage of 1.8v on pin 2 of U601 and pin 1 there is voltage of 3.3v. At pin 2 the voltage presented there is 5V. In the diagram I have, it does not include the diagram of this part of the circuit.
